Fanny Mencoboni's Homemade Spaghetti Sauce was born in a little Italian Restaurant called La Cantina Italiana in Framingham, Massachusetts. Business was slow when we first opened, but once in a while we'd get a little rush and I would yell to my Mom across the kitchen,
                                                                      "This could be it!"
                                                                 And she would call back,
                                                                           "I think it is!"
If Mom were here today, we'd be talking about our dressing and sauce. I truly believe 
                                                                        "This could be it",
the very best spaghetti sauce and salad dressing you've ever tasted.
